If the time and date you need for services is Unavailable Text (330-354-0306) with your first and last name, date and time of desired appointment, and the type of service, to put in an "appointment request". If your request can be accommodated we will reach out to you. If the artist is completely unavailable you will automatically be put on the waiting list for that time and date in case of any cancelations you will be contacted.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment a $10 late fee is due before your appointment starts. If you are more than 15 minutes late; without communicating with the artist your appointment will be cancelled. ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL IN THIS CASE!
ALL Sunday and holiday appointments are a $20 uncharge and are subject to sudden changes. All sudden changes that are not doable; will be refunded entirely and dismissed. Those who do not agree with Sunday and holiday pricing; if already booked deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

When you arrive to your appointment there is street parking available in front of the building. Please call 3303540306 when you arrive. We will let you know when you can come in. Please give the artist time to sanitize in between clients. your appointment will start no more than 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time.

There is a $2 fee for all Card and electronic payments (Cash App) .Cash is also accepted.
" Do I need to bring my own makeup?"
-No, thee artist will supply EVERYTHING - we ask that you do NOT bring your own products. If you have any questions about the products we use check out the "About Us" section on the home page.
"Does my Full Glam appointment come with lashes?'
- Yes! Lashes are FREE with all full face glam appointments.
You have the option to Upgrade to our AYBEAUTY lashes for only $12 at your appointment.
"How do I change my appointment?'
Easily manage your appointment by going to your confirmation email you received after booking your appointment.
Go to your mailbox> Search AYBEAUTY > Select the email with the appointment you would like to change>Click "Manage Appointment" that is highlighted> log in to your AYBEAUTY account> From there you can see all of your account information and Order/appointment history; Adjust as needed.
If you do not have an AYBEAUTY account you will be given the option to make an account when trying to manage your Information.

"What if I want to change my full face Glam makeup Appointment style?"
No Worries ! There is no action needed for this request. All FULL GLAM appointments are given the same time frame. Let the artist know; at your appointment that you would like to change your eye look. This is acceptable!
